Multilingual parish bulletins that stay in step

One English source, one workspace per language

• The office marks the English ready for translation, and translators see it straight away instead of waiting for a message.
• Each language has its own workspace, with the English shown above every field.
• Last week's translation is carried forward, and new or changed English items are flagged, so translators spend their time on what changed.
• A live preview shows how the translation fits the page.
• Translators can work from a phone.

A person reviews every translation

Where AI drafting is switched on it only suggests wording to start from. Nothing appears in a language until a person has reviewed it and marked it published.

Each edition is its own page

Readers pick their language with one tap. Every edition has its own address, so it can be shared, and found, in that language.

Languages available today

English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (中文) and Tamil (தமிழ்). Need another language? Tell us which, and we will say what it would take.

Questions

Is the translation automatic?

No. Translators work in their own workspace. AI drafting can help as a starting point where it is switched on, but a person always reviews the wording before it is published.

What if one language is not ready?

Editions are published independently. A language that is not ready is simply not shown, and the others go out on time.

Which languages are supported?

English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and Tamil today. Contact us if your parish needs another.

Can translators see what changed since last week?

Yes. Previous translations are carried forward and new or changed English items are flagged.
